"How to register a civil society organization" - an online training for stakeholders identified in the project target municipalities who want to register the civil society organizations was held on this topic.
Participants were provided with detailed information on the following issues - what is the legal entity (concept, types) similarities and differences; Registered and unregistered legal entities; Name, management, representation, state control of activities of non-profit legal entity; Registration rules, documentation required for registration (provision and meeting protocol), mandatory requirements; Reorganization, liquidation.
Training was held in the framework of the project: “A common forum for CSOs from Guria, Imereti and Racha-Lechkhumi for PAR Roadmap monitoring” with financial support of the European Union.
