Clubs of Voter Women (7)
The club of Voter Women - a group of women from 15 to 25 people, formed in the regions, which contributed to a change in the consciousness of voters in favor of women, as well as the growth of number of women in politics, in local governments. The clubs were created by the Fund "Sukhumi" in 2006. Their number and regions changed acoording to the projects.
The meeting of Tskaltubo Club of Voter Women was devoted to elaboration of future plan, aimed at strengthening of the work with political parties. It was mentioned that political parties should understand the need to include women in elections to local self-government. Members and activists of the Club are going to contribute to this.

Senaki hosted another meeting of the Club of Women-Voters. Activists of the Club discussed the importance of increasing the role of women voters in the pre-election period. A group of women was determined who will hold meetings with political parties operating in Senaki and present them recommendations developed by women's clubs with the hope that the parties will take them into account in their election programs.

At a regular meeting of the Club of Voter Women of Khoni there was held a conversation about elections to local self-government, the importance of the role of women and their greater inclusion in politics.

At the regular meeting of the Club, the issue of increasing women's political participation was highlighted. Club members created groups and planned work with political parties to nominate women candidates for electoral lists.

The main theme of the meeting was the need to work with political parties during the pre-election period. The opinion was expressed that in the plan of women's activity in Ozurgeti there were big changes, and in this the great merit belongs to the Club of Women-Voters. Despite this, it is necessary that the female candidates, in the first turn, feel the support of the female electorate. To this end, the Club meeting planned to conduct various activities in the pre-election period.

The meeting of the Club of Voter Women of Khobi was devoted to consideration of issues of cooperation with political parties during the pre-election period. Members of the Club are ready to present to the regional branches of political parties a set of recommendations and discuss the participation of women candidates in the upcoming elections to local self-government. The first meetings of activists of the Club of Voter Women with political parties will be held in July.

At the meeting of Batumi Club of Women-Voters, the issue of strengthening the work of the Club activists was considered with the aim of ensuring women's participation in local government elections. In the pre-election period, the work of the Club will be maximized in this direction. Meetings will be held with political parties, as well as the meetings to support women candidates.
