On September 14, an information meeting was held in the office of the Fund "Sukhumi", which was attended by a representative of the party "Free Georgia". The audience was informed about the essence of the online vote – o - meter, they listened to the answers to certain questions presented on the platform and were given the opportunity to express their opinion.

On September 6, the meeting of the political party Our Georgia - Solidarity Alliance with the voters, was held in the Central Park of Kutaisi, where the majoritarian candidates running in the 2020 parliamentary elections were nominated.
Representatives of the Fund "Sukhumi" informed the members of the political party and the citizens gathered at the meeting, about the project online “vote - o - meter" and distributed information flyers.

An online meeting was held with the representatives of the medical staff and local self-government of the municipalities of Ambrolauri, Tsageri and Lentekhi (Racha-Lechkhumi and Kvemo Svaneti region).
The topic of the meeting: “Increasing the role of medical staff in the process of eliminating violence against women / domestic violence by participating in referral process”.
The meeting was interesting. There were: presentations, discussions, recommendations and a desire for cooperation.
Within the framework of the project “A common forum for #CSOs from Guria, Imereti and Racha-Lechkhumi for PAR Roadmap monitoring” with the participation of the partner organization Imereti Scientists Union "Spectri” the third meeting was held with the members of project group in Lanchkhuti municipality (Georgian Rural Hall and Lanchkhuti Informational Center) and the local working group: representatives - of civil society, local self-government and various stakeholders in Lanchkhuti Municipality.
The issues of implementation of the strategic plan developed by the working group to facilitate the implementation of the Public Administration Reform Action Plan in Lanchkhuti Municipality were discussed at the meeting.
Working group members were actively involved in the discussion. Problematic issues in the municipality were discussed and priority measures for the advocacy campaign were identified.

Within the framework of the project Online Vote-O-Meter for 2020 Georgian Parliamentary Elections an information meeting with the political party "Lelo for Georgia" was held in the village Pakhulani, Tsalenjikha Municipality.
The audience was informed about the goals and application of the project, and the methods of its use.
About 700 people have received information through informational meetings and public discussions.

The 4-th meeting of the working group was held in Khoni Sakrebulo. The final version of the joint action plan for local self-government and civil society was presented. The meeting discussed all items, with their timelines. It should be noted that the issue of ramps was included in the strategic plan for next year.
Recently, at one of the Sakrebulo meetings, a presentation of the partner project was held. Two civil society organizations of Khoni are involved in the project. They worked actively during the summer on mini-projects. At the meeting of the working group, special attention was paid to this work. It was said that an updated version of the municipality's website has already been launched, a hotline has been launched and all residents of the municipality have received information about it.

The forum in Tsageri Sakrebulo brought together teachers from Racha-Lechkhumi and Kvemo Svaneti. The forum was attended by representatives of local self-government and the educational resource center, as well as famous trainers: Manana Jincharadze, Lado Apkhazava and Tea Galakhvaridze. The teachers were given certificates for inclusion and active participation in the webinar "Against Violence against Children - a School Free from Violence".
There was also a presentation of the publication “A Guide for Teachers on Violence against Children” and a discussion on topical issues.
The forum was held in cooperation with the Human Doc Foundation in the framework of the project “Strengthening the domestic violence prevention system, protection of the victim and therapy for the rapist”.

The issue raised at the meeting of Vani Sakrebulo: "The approval of a joint action plan of local government and civil society to promote the implementation of public administration reform in Vani municipality – in direction of the development of electronic services" (June 2020 - September 2021) was unanimously supported by the deputies. The plan was developed by a working group of Vani Municipality. This is part of the work in the framework of the project “A common forum for CSOs from Guria, Imereti and Racha-Lechkhumi for PAR Roadmap monitoring”.
