As far as we know ourselves, what is familiar about inner, personal conflicts, how do we behave or how do our negative emotions influence on dynamics of domestic conflicts – these and other issues were discussed by the group of women on work-shops, conducted in Tskaltubo, Senaki and Poti.
- We differ from each other. Coming out of it, we act differently. Often we do not mention that incorrect behavior  promote to deepening the conflict- mentioned the participant of the work-shop.
To their opinion, learning of your own person, discussion of personal conflicts will help to choose correct strategy and manage conflicts and this will decrease violence in families.

Mentality, personal evaluations and their influence on development of domestic conflicts – these issues were discussed on the workshop in conflict management in Poti, Kutaisi and Koki (Zugdidi Municipality).

Participants – young people tried to analyze the topic: according the scenery, the husband often forgot about the marriage date. Moreover he knows that the wife pays particular attention to it. The conflicts starts mainly for this reason.

According to the young participants of the meeting, people have different values, and this is often the cause of the conflict. During the discussion, it was mentioned that family relations are based on mutual respect. Therefore, the details unimportant for one side, can be important to the other one.

This debate helps young people to think correctly, and take into account the details that contribute to the conflict management.

- How to held the victim of violence. Who is considered under the referral subjects, how their responsibilities are defined by the law – these issues were discussed during the workshops with the group of youth and women in Kutaisi, Khoni, Tskaltubo, Senaki, Poti and khurcha (Zugdidi municipality).

- prevention of violence should start with society activity. Each person should feel civil responsibility in case of violence and timely be involved in the conflicts of neighbors, friends – mentioned participants of the meeting.

During the discussion, while conversation about referral subjects they made a stress on special meaning of school. According to them school is one of the major units which must be actively involved in the process of prevention of violence.

Participants of the workshops give special importance to the campaign of 16 active days and considered it as important step in solving the problem.

Graduates of the course in conflictology conducted 4 workshops in the schools of Poti and Kutaisi on the topics: "Concepts of masculinity and femininity" and "Types and methods of conflict resolution". Also, there were presentations of the forum-theater and discussions in the schools of Kutaisi and Khoni. These activities have made a special impression on young people who have noted, that they want to participate in similar workshops and discussions.

This work is carried out in frames of the project of Fund “Sukhumi” "Promoting non-violent conflict resolution among youth through training in Western Georgia".

What is the analysis of the conflict, and how important it is durimng conflict management - these issues were discussed at the workshops with women's groups in Poti, Kutaisi and Koki (Zugdidi Municipality).

Participants began by discussing real-life stories. Errors in a relationship have been identified, and thereby contribute to the development of the conflict.

In the village of Koki workshop was held with a group of teachers. Participants noted that they used their skills when communicating with students.

In cooperation with the Association of kindergartens of Tsqaltubo Municipality, fund  "Sukhumi" held a workshop on "Gender and gender approaches in the field of upbringing and education of preschool age children." The workshop was attended by 33 participants - managers and teachers of 16 kindergartens. The following topics were considered: gender, gender approaches, indicators of gender mainstreaming, gender models in kindergartens and schools. The work was held using different methods, active discussions.

The fund “Sukhumi” organized a workshop in Library of Khoni, with participation of women – activists. Participants familiarized with conception of inclusive security. They discussed problems, which cause danger to different groups of society. Together with global problems, there were problems, which can be solved at local level.

Participants expressed readiness to be actively involved in the process, which is planned with the aim of advocating these problems.

The Fund "Sukhumi" held a workshop on: "Inclusive security concept to enhance the women human security". The workshop was attended by women activists from different groups of society. The participants got acquainted with the Fund "Sukhumi" strategy to enhance human security, they learned about peacekeeping experience of women in security issues.

At the workshop there were used group exercises. Participants worked on the issues that concern certain groups in society and advocacy of which is possible at the local level.

The meeting was attended by representatives of the donor organization Kvinna till Kvinna.

On the background of interesting discussion workshop was held in the hall of Tskhaltubo Sakrebulo, with civil society activists.

Each speaker spoke emotionally about the problems, especially women IDPs - about the difficult conditions in collective centers of sanatorium.

Among the problems, the solution of which is possible at the local level, there have been called that there is no toilet in the town, as well as the fountain for drinking water. Despite the fact that the town has a good sport school, all sports are only for boys. It is desirable to add a gym, as there are many comers. Women touched the issue of lack of information. They know nothing about the state programs that promote business development.

Among the participants there was an initiative group that will try to advocate the issues in cooperation with the local authorities.

Bulling as form of violence among the adults. Reasons and types of bulling, results, prevention ways – these and other issues were discussed by the participants in the participants in the hall of Children’s village with the representatives of the fund “Sukhumi”.

For diversity the workshop was held using different methods: role games group work, discussion. For some of them it was familiar topic, some of them themselves became the victims of bulling and some part of them violence against others…open conversation was very interesting.
