In Kutaisi, in places of compact settlement of the IDPs in February, 14 group psychological counseling meetings and 8 individual consultations on various problems were conducted. 83 women aged 20 to 67 actively discussed the topic of meetings - how to best understand yourself and others, control your thoughts to prevent conflicts and domestic violence.
Consideration of this urgent issue for everyone was useful. Especially important were the advice of a psychologist: What does a person lose when he can not control emotions? Joy and positive state, peace, close people, dignity and reputation. Feelings should be managed - to become freer and happier.
Round Kutaisi, in places of IDP compact resettlement, 11 psychological meetings were held in January on: overcoming negative emotions and stress factors.
Also there were held 5 individual consultative meetings regarding a problem of family crisis.
The meetings were attended by 75 women at age of 19-67 years old, among them 11 women participated for the first time.
Discussed issues were important for each of them, as preventive ways of domestic violence.

The main topic of conversation - how to build a harmonious relationship with the children and their development from a gender perspective.
Advices and theory, of course is good, but every child needs its own individual approach - these "secrets" were discussed at the meetings.
There were held 12 group psychological meetings in collective centers of Kutaisi during a month. The main topic was women solidarity and friendship. 85 women attended from 18 to 68 years old. There were also held individual consultations regarding the problem of family crisis, low self-evaluation between parents and children.
The Women's Support Center of Khurcha / Koki organized a psychological group meeting-consultation on the topic - communication without violence, involving 17 beneficiaries

Then observe yourself in various situations, noting that you are doing well and that is not very well done, it will allow you to try out new ways of behavior after some time to determine the most suitable ones for yourself.

A psychological group information-consultative meeting with women IDPs from Abkhazia, aged 22 to 70, was held at the Women Support Center in Tskaltubo. Despite the pre-planned question, the topic of conversation with a psychologist was the topic posed by young moms: why are our kids aggressive and disobedient, why do we reproach the elders, what are we educating wrongly, what does it mean to properly educate ...
The psychologist answered all the questions of the young mothers. The meeting was held in an interactive style.
How to get rid of negative feelings and emotions, for regulation within family relations and prevention of domestic violence-on this topic, a psychological group meeting took place in the Women Support Center of Kutaisi.
At the meeting, many interesting things were discussed and said, and a peculiar conclusion was made: we ourselves poison our lives with anger, envy, anxiety over trifles, constant thoughts about problems and not the ability to relax. The ability to relax, the ability to concentrate on the main thing is real art and then life will become easier and better.
The Women's Support Center of Tskaltubo hosted a group psychological and information-consultative meeting on non-violent communication. It was noted that it is not easy to perceive other people, their words and deeds, without making judgments. But we must learn to communicate without aggression. Meeting with a psychologist and her advice contributes to this.

A psychological group meeting on the topic of conflicts took place at the Women Support Center in Khoni, 10 beneficiaries from 22 to 53 years old presented. The participants came to the conclusion that it was better to make a remark to the spouse in private and find out the reasons for his behavior. Sometimes the conflicting spouses ignore this rule and try to regulate their relationship in the presence of all members of the family, hence the negative consequences - decrease of respect to them, the impact on children's psychology.
The meeting ended with useful advice.
In Kutaisi, Teklati (Senaki Municipallity) and Khurcha (Zugdidi Municipallity) there were held psychological group meetings and consultations attended by 27 women at the age of 29-67. 8 women participated for the first time, individual consultations were given to 2 women. The main topic of the meeting was conversation for development of non-violent relations with children.
Remember, that each child needs individual approach, allocate them more time, be equal with them, remember that you must be an example for them – this is the advice of psychologist.
