On July 8, informational-consultative meeting was held in Kutaisi in collective center of former silk factory. Local and NGO families live in unbearable conditions. They have common sanitary facility and kitchen. Sewage system is damaged and there are unsanitary conditions in the building.
IDP families filled application forms and expect resettlement, but still this problem is not solved.
Lawyer of the Fund "Sukhumi" gave the participants of the meeting interest to them advices and at the request of one family one statement was prepared and sent to the Ministry of IDPs and Resettlement.

On August 3, mobilizator, lawyer and psychologist of Kutaisi Women Support Center conducted informational-consultative meeting in public library of Kutaisi. The meeting was attended by more than 20 staff members of the library.
The lawyer spoke about backgrounds of termination of agreement. There were given advices on the rights and responsibilities of workers, on the subjects of labor relations, ways and stages of solving the problem, of how to begin advocacy of the problems, to whom they should be accountable and from whom they can get the full information.
The psychologist told about solidarity of women regarding reasons and results of existing social aggression. Participants received general psychological recommendations.

From 1 to 15 of October, in 6 collective centers where the IDPs reside there were held informational group meetings. They were attended by 43 women at the age of 22-68, also 3 local women, among them 5 women attended the meeting for the first time.
Main issues of conversation with beneficiaries were: gaining information regarding rights and duties of couples, equality in decision of joint family issue, their possession.
The women raised questions regarding alimony, communal possession, also questions of conclusion regarding the contract of sale. To all questions they received detailed answers.

In June informational meetings were held in 6 collective centers of Kutaisi. They were attended by 56 people.
The main topic was law against domestic violence and the procedures of defining status of victim. They also received information regarding different laws, legislative acts and programs of local Municipality according their needs. Consultations regarding public information, neighbor relations, devotion, alimony and etc were given.

The lawyers of the Fund “Sukhumi” held informational meetings on different issues in WSCs. The main topic in Kutaisi was the law on protection of persons with disabilities and programs for the people of this category, which are envisaged in the budget of 2015 of Kutaisi Municipality.
Marriage and issues connected with it were discussed in Senaki. In Tskaltubo they talked about administrative code, in WSC of Khurcha they touched law protective issues of land possession. In Poti they got interested in the issues connected by the terms of will and in Khoni WSC informational meeting of the lawyer was devoted to the issue of violence against women.
On all meetings, the women were given individual consultations (for example essential for receiving status of single parent or divorce documents and procedures)

In one of the collective centers of Senaki informational meeting of the lawyer with 9 IDPs was held.
The main topic of the conversation was rights of neighbors according civil code of Georgia. The attendants received necessary information. The meeting revealed main problems of the IDPs: resettlement, gasification of the part of building and legalization.
There was also given individual consultations regarding necessary procedures and documentation for the custody of the disabled persons.

On July 28, in Senaki, 229 Rustaveli Street, informational meeting of the lawyer was held, which was attended by IDPs and local population.
Meeting participants received information regarding law on IDPs and order of the Minister of Refugees and Accommodation No320, regarding criteria and procedures of IDP long-term resettlement. 
IDP families reside in above mentioned address for a long period. They are socially unprotected and it is difficult for them to pay rent.
The lawyer helped to prepare statement to the Minister of IDPs, in order to provide them with living space in the nearest future.
Besides, the lawyer individually talked with the beneficiaries regarding important issues for them.

Lawyer of  Ozurgeti Gender Advisory Council met the residents of Tsereteli street, they were given consultations regarding social, labor and domestic issues.
Also there was prepared statement with the name of residents of Tsutsunava street and submitted to the City Hall of Ozurgeti.

In November the lawyer conducted meeting with the residents of Ozurgeti, Dumbadze Street. They defined 3 problems: there is no sewage system, beginning and end of the streets are covered with asphalt, and the average length of about 200 meters is amortized; It has no street gutters of relevant depths and widths and during the rain water comes out.
It was developed an application addressed to the City Hall of Ozurgeti, which is aimed at solving problematic issues, raised at the meeting.

On September 5 the lawyer of the fund “Sukhumi” held informational meeting in one of the collective centers of Kutaisi with participation of 10 IDP women. Their main problem – resettlement. There were discussed common issues, including: criteria of IDP resettlement, ways of demanding pension, IDP status and allowance for the children, if the parents are abroad, suspension of benefits for the IDPs. Participants received competent answers on their questions.
