The workshop on drafting a three-year National Action Plan (NAP) for Implementation of the UN Security Council Resolutions on Women, Peace and Security was held.
One of the priorities of the action plan is to localize the plan and promote the active participation of women IDPs, conflict - affected women and local governmental structures in it. The workshop was attended by Ekaterine Gamakharia – the Chairperson of the Fund “Sukhumi” Tbilisi representative office.
Despite the period of vacation, a psychologist and a lawyer of the Fund "Sukhumi" actively worked in August.

Online and offline group meetings and individual consultations with 47 beneficiaries were held in 5 Women Support Centers.
The psychologist carried out work with three crisis families and online psychotherapy for 16 beneficiaries.
The lawyer conducted 4 individual online and 3 offline consultations.
All participants are satisfied with the consultations.

There are interesting innovations in the activities of Senaki youth group. The group members will try to establish interaction with the youth through a new project. The project contains various activities. Youth, using their messages will tell the public about their interests.
The women initiative group will try to advocate an urgent problem - the safe movement of residents at the crossroads in the "military town". The members of the group, together with the self-government, will try to advocate this problem at the central level.

The project implementation period for Kutaisi initiative group has come – during an online meeting, the participants got acquainted with the final version of the project. They planned activities and developed work steps. Each participant was especially active, since the desire of the group members is to successfully complete the project they have developed.
Despite the fact that the meeting of Kutaisi Women Initiative Group was online, it was quite active. The participants reviewed advocacy plans, rules for preparing an application / letter, addressees. They will begin the process of problem advocacy in the near future.

Two online meetings were held with women initiative groups. The meeting was attended by representatives of local self-government. They heard the information about the problems that the groups are going to advocate. Representatives of the local government promised to provide assistance in the advocacy process, since the problems identified by the group are also actual for them.
Women initiative groups will start an advocacy campaign, and the youth initiative group will start a small project. During online meeting, the team members again reviewed and discussed the projects and the work plan to be implemented.

“Needs and priorities of IDP and conflict affected women living in Zugdidi municipality and the importance of their integration into local policy” - this is the title of a new Fund “Sukhumi’s” publication. Main conclusions, findings and recommendations identified as a result of the study will be submitted to local political parties. This will facilitate a full-fledged pre-election communication between women and local political actors and strengthen an appropriate feedback of political parties on the needs of their voters.

During the project, Terjola working group developed and implemented many initiatives. During the ordinary meeting of the working group, another topical issue - civil budgeting was considered, which is being actively implemented in Terjola municipality.
As noted at the meeting, a competition of ideas will be held. After its completion, participants will pass a training on project writing. Discussion of projects will begin at the end of September.

Within the framework of the project Lanchkhuti working group gained a lot of experience and did a lot of useful things to improve e - services in the municipality.
Now the working group is working on an anti-corruption plan. During the ordinary meeting of the group, the participants reviewed the activities related to the development of the action plan and discussed the necessary stages for its implementation.

During the ordinary meeting, Vani working group summarized the results of the work and highlighted the activities that must be implemented before the completion of the project.
It was also noted, how the modernization of the official website of the municipality is carried out, what is the situation in terms of updating it. A meeting with the heads of various services and departments was planned, so that they timely present the necessary information for uploading on the web-site.
The group members discussed the anti-corruption strategy, its points and form. It was decided that all members of the group would be actively involved in the process of creating the document.

The meeting of Bagdati working group was devoted to the consideration of a working version of the anti-corruption regulation. This document was created in the framework of a small project of the partner organization "Civic Spectrum - Equality". The regulation is quite massive and meaningful. The anti-corruption vision is given in eight directions in it. In the process of approving the anti-corruption regulation, Bagdati working group is considered as a lobbyist. Based on this, the stages the document should go through was agreed in order to approve it in September.
