At all three workshops participants discussed how important negotiations are in the management of conflicts, which means facilitation, mediation, which should be a third party. Young people plan, use the information they received in practice, develop skills necessary for the facilitation, and not allow conflicts to develop.

- I liked the workshop, it was a lot of new things. Such meetings are needed and useful -this was the assessment of the participants in school No2 in Senaki. In their opinion, it is important to know when the inclusion of a third party is necessary, and what results can be received.

Young people gathered in the Youth Center of Terjola, recorded that they received interesting information on the topics of negotiations and mediation.

In school of the village Ganmukhuri (Zugdidi municipality), the activities of the Fund “Sukhumi” are not new. In parallel to receiving information, the participants discussed specific initiatives. There was an idea, to create a group of mediators at school, which will try to solve conflict situations.

Fund "Sukhumi"' has published its new monitoring Report   - „Impact of COVID-19 on Domestic Violence, Situation of Women Victims and the Access to the Support Services“. The Report reflects the major problems and challenges faced by women and girls living within Fund "Sukhumi""s eleven target municipalities in the context of COVID-19 pandemic.

The results of the Monitoring have clearly proved that Pandemic has significantly aggravated women’s situations. The existing challenges require timely response and proactive actions by the government, especially in the regions, with active cooperation and involvement of the relevant civil society organizations. The report provides specific recommendations on appropriate response to mitigate the negative effects.
