In April, traditional meetings were held with boys in Poti, Terjola, Senaki, Tskaltubo, Zugdidi, Ozurgeti, Kutaisi, Lanchkhuti, Khoni municipalities.
The meetings discussed the concept of courage and the issue of gender equality. The boys were actively involved in the working process: there were role-playing games, discussions. According to the boys, the main reason of family conflicts is the difficult economic situation in the country. At the end of the meeting, during the feedback, participants noted that knowledge, information, and the correct legal methods should be used against violence and inequality.
Work with these groups is still ongoing.
Pupils of the schools of Kveda Simoneti (Terjola municipality), Kontuati (Khoni municipality) and Poti discussed the stages of conflict escalation and possible results together with the representative of the Fund "Sukhumi"
They understood how a small conflict could grow into a large-scale and dangerous conflict, and how to avoid it. It was noted that many people heard the information about a possible result – “win-win” for the first time. They got a good experience, and are waiting for the next meetings with interest.
Informational meetings of the youth clubs on the topic: domestic violence, reasons, statistics and mechanisms of violence prevention were held in the private school of Poti, in the schools of the villages Nakhakhulevi (Khoni Municipality) and Zeda Simoneti (Terjola Municipality),
These were new groups. Leaders were identified. Young people are actively involved in the work and discussions. They analyzed the reasons of domestic violence. In role-playing games, they expressed their own positions - scenes of psychological, physical and economic violence were shown. After each scene, young people boldly talked about problems. It turned out that they are protesting against what they do not like.
In May 5 informational meeitngs were held in the youth clubs of the Fund “Sukhumi”, in Kutaisi, Khoni, Poti, Lanchkhuti and Ozurgeti municipalities.
These were the meetings with new groups, with whom the 6 month work was carried out in March.
The meetings were interesting for school directors and teachers of civil education. The main thing is that the pupils were also actively involved in the work. There was active involvement, discussions, role-games, presentation of life imitated scenes. These meetings showed that this innovation is interesting and exciting for teenagers, and they are going to work actively.

It was a new environment, new groups that are starting a five-month training course. Active, motivated young people liked free atmosphere, role-playing games, discussions. Participants recalled interesting stories, frankly talked about problems.
There was great interest and desire for cooperation from the side of directors and teachers of civil lessons. There is a hope that active groups will be created, which will become a visiting card of schools.

These were the students’ remarks the end of workshops. Meetings were devoted to discussing the causes of conflict. Schoolchildren from the villages of Orulu (Zugdidi municipality), Nigvziani (Lanchkhuti municipality) and Kontuati (Khoni municipality) are looking forward to future meetings to learn how to avoid conflicts.
In March, work began with new groups of boys. The meetings took place in the municipalities of Tskaltubo (March 4), Terjola (March 5) and Senaki (March 6). The first part of the meeting was mainly introductory. Participants familiarized themselves with the work of the Fund “Sukhumi”, with the plan of 5-month meetings.
Then the discussion of the topic of violence started. The guys initially expressed their opinion. It turned out that there were boys-leaders in the groups who knew more. At the end, the work was summarized, the forms of violence and the ways to solve them were fixed. The motivations of boys, to share information with each other and learn more was shown.
The pupils of the schools of the villages Gvishtibi (Tskaltubo municipality) and Kveda Simoneti (Terjola municipality), as well as the private school of Senaki, together with a representative of the Fund “Sukhumi” discussed the reasons of the conflict. According to them, such meetings are interesting and important in order to learn how to avoid conflicts:
"From this meeting, I learned about the causes of the conflict." "It will be good if such meetings continue." “It is very important to speak on this topic, since everyone had a conflict,” this is the opinion of the students regarding the workshops held on the topic of conflicts.
The final meetings of the Youth Clubs were held in Terjola. private school “Mzekabani”, also in schools the village Teklati (Senaki municipality) and school №33 of Kutaisi.
Club members and teachers were actively involved in preparation of presentations. The presentations reflected current topics: the role of parents and school in life of adolescents, where to look for reasons of violence, the problem of tolerance among the youth, culture of sex education. Topics were presented with interesting cases, examples, role games, which became the subject of active discussion. All three meetings were held on the background of active dynamic; young people felt absolute freedom. It is important that teachers and directors of schools positively evaluated this work.

A cycle of workshops started in Kveda Simoneti (Terjola municipality) on the topic of conflict management, also in the private school of Senaki and in school No. 4 of Ozurgeti.
