Many live stories women remembered in the workshops on conflict. It turned out that they have accumulated examples of successful and unsuccessful negotiations. There were also those who have experience in this area:

- I have repeatedly intervened in the conflict between neighbors. Experience has taught me a lot. I learn till today. Not everyone is able to be a facilitator, can. If a person is impulsive, it is better not to interfere. So it is possible to strain the situation even more.

The meeting participants were informed about the meaning of facilitation, mediation, when and how to be involved in order to resolve the conflict.

According to the women received information will give them more courage to be involved in family conflicts in order to avoid violence.

Workshops were held in Kutaisi, Khoni and Khurcha (Zugdidi Municipality).

What is self-assessment and what is its connection with development of family conflicts. How to manage conflict and avoid violence - in this direction discussions were held during workshops on conflict with women's groups in Khoni, Kutaisi and Khurcha (Zugdidi Municipality).
- Conflict management is impossible without self-evaluation. Over the years, I am a victim of violence. I thought that if I could not have a child, I should endure everything. When I started to attend the meetings, I found out that I became a victim. Now I'm a completely different person. There are no conflicts in the family, I am respected, - on the background of discussion of these stories many interesting considerations were heard.
Participants believe that patience is not always the right strategy, and does not regulate the conflict.
One of the major components in conflict management is correct self-evaluation. Workshops of the Fund "Sukhumi" helped in it.

The workshops in Kutaisi, Senaki, Khurcha (Zugdidi Municipality), was attended by women from 30 to 60.

- How our parents brought us, why we make the same mistakes in the relationship with our children, why there are conflicts of generations - interesting discussions were held on these topics.

- We often heared from parents that our generation does not understand anything, behaves badly. When we became parents, we have already begun to repeat this phrase.

- The reason of family conflicts is wrong education. We must not bring up boys as "rulers" of the family, and the girls do not have to constantly put up with everything.

- I always thought that my mother was very strict. We often argued with her on issues such as go to a girlfriend's birthday or not, a walk with friends. In a relationship with children, I repeated the same thing. Unfortunately, I later realized that my mother was always right. Probably my children will also understand it.

At the end of the discussion the participants listened to a psychologist and received appropriate advices.

- When the equality is violated in the family and takes the form of discrimination - young people held discussions on this issue on the workshops in Poti, Kutaisi and Senaki.

Participants believe that most of the family conflicts are related to the incorrect distribution of functions:

-If in the family the decision takes only one and the other members of the family live at his desire, this is violence.

Unfortunately, most women misunderstand the essence of equality. In their opinion, what happens in their families is common. Therefore, it is difficult for them to realize themselves in society.

According to young people, more work is needed with society to correctly assess what equality in the family is, and to analyze the negative results that lead to gender-based violence.

Migration - actual topic for each generation.
What do young people think about this, what is the relationship of migration with domestic conflicts; the challenges faced by children growing up without mothers; where is the way out? - Workshops on these issues were held in Tskhaltubo, Kutaisi and Khoni.
According to participants, migration could solve the financial problems of families, but each has contributed to other problems.
The workshops analyzed real stories, and it was noted that fathers, grandmothers and grandfathers cannot substitute mothers. There are psychological barriers that cause conflicts in families.
According to the young people on the background of unemployment in the country, it is impossible to stop migration, but it is possible to regulate relations in the family - the emphasis was on a special mission of NGOs and the role of the psychologist in schools.
