The mobilizers of Senaki, Kutaisi, Khoni, Khurcha / Koki Women Support Centers held mobilization meetings. The main topic was - International Day of Youth and its significance. Before these meetings, the mobilizers met with representatives of local government, studied municipal programs of youth and then talked about these programs. It was noted that young people go abroad to continue their studies or earn money, and do not return, and it negatively affects the demographic and economic situation of the country. The government should take about problem solution.
Group and individual meetings of the lawyer with IDPs living in collective centers of Kutaisi were held In August. The topics of the meetings were determined by the beneficiaries, as they raised questions on their specific problems. But the main discussion was about domestic violence and mechanisms of victim protection.
In frames of the small project of Tskaltubo Women Support Center “Youth against gender-based violence”, there was created a group of young people. A training on: "Project Design and Management" was held for the members of the group. The training participants were especially active, since at the end of the project they were able to independently find grants. They received the necessary theoretical and practical materials. Drafts of 4 project ideas were designed at the training.
“Parents for a healthy generation” – in frames of this small project of Senaki Women Support Center, informational meetings were held with the head of the administration of the village Teklati and the majoritarian deputy - they were provided with information about the project. Since the project envisages the work in kindergartens, an introductory meeting was held with the deputy head of the kindergarten association. All participants of the meetings noted that they will be involved in the implementation of the project.
In frames of the project: “Chain of Violence”, Poti Women Support Center held a regular meeting with members of the Women's Club on the topic: “Family Conflicts - Child - Victim, Rapist”. The meeting was attended by representatives of local government, medical and other spheres.
The aim of the project is to create a strategy of combating the problem of violence with the participation of state and public institutions and coordinated work. It was mentioned that collaboration will give quick results, and will answer existing challenges.
Mechanisms for protection of violence victims/domestic violence, existing in the state was the topic of mobilization meetings in Women Support Centers. Participants got interested in specific services, and received the answers. Particular emphasis was put on the fact that the state should develop result-oriented programs for the violence victim, particularly in terms of employment.
Tskaltubo Women Support Center has launched a small project “Youth Against Gender-Based Violence”. A group of young people, who live in the municipality, were mobilized in frames of the project and they will be actively engaged in the process of violence prevention in their society. They will arrange discussions that will help to reduce the level of alienation and the destruction of gender stereotypes.
Trainers of the Fund “Sukhumi” conducted trainings for the youth group on the following topics: “Techniques of conducting the discussion, facilitation of meetings / trainings” and “Gender, gender-based violence, domestic violence and referral mechanisms”.
The training contained the activity of participants, new information, the acquisition of knowledge and skills, great interest and desire for discussions.
The goal of the small project of Poti Women Support Center “Chain of Violence” - the active inclusion of media, open dialogue about violence and taboo issues. In June, there was held a presentation of the project, the Women's Club was created for coordinated work on violence prevention and advocacy for problems. A training was held for the members of the Women’s Club, the topic of training was: “Gender, Gender-Based Violence, Domestic Violence and Referral Ways”.

In frames of a small project of Terjola Women Support Center “Chain of Violence” a short film “Home” was presented. The film is about the urgency of migration. It tells the audience about migrants, who often unknowingly become victims of economic violence. It is planned to held film screenings and discussions with active involvement of young people.

Senaki Women Support Center began a small project named: “Parents for the Healthy Generation.” The goal of the project is to inform parents about the topic of non-violent approaches, which contributes to the formation of a healthy generation.
The beneficiaries of the project are the parents of pupils from kindergartens of the villages Bataria and Menji of Senaki municipality.
The meetings were held with the head of the kindergarten of the village Bataria, the village deputy and the representative of the Mayor.
