- There are different opinions on the issue of the migration of women in society. For the sake of the majority, a woman should not leave, she should not leave her children. And they say little about the fact that a woman makes such a choice because of her family and children.
- When there are conflicts in a family, migration is often the best way out. Therefore, it is important that society has the right attitude towards the migration of women. If after the woman leaves the conflict starts, it is not only her fault, but also the other members of the family.
Such considerations were recorded at workshops with women's groups at the Women Support Centers of Poti, Senaki and Kutaisi
Who knows how to understand self-esteem, how well we know ourselves, what is the connection between self-esteem and violence. Workshops that were held with women's groups in Tskaltubo, Khoni and Poti Support Centers were devoted to the discussion of this issue.
Live stories were heard at the meetings. It was shown that low self-esteem often hinders women. In the opinion of the participants, incorrect self-esteem is the cause of the development of conflicts, therefore conflict management is possible only with the help of adequate self-evaluation.

Working with couples is a new component in frames of the fund “Sukhumi” project - "Strengthening the Women's Rights in Western Georgia".
In order to prevent violence, at the first stage we are working with crisis families who have the will, to change the situation and overcome the crisis. With such families, a psychologist and conflictologist work together. If necessary, a lawyer is included.
Three meetings have already been held. All three cases differ from each other in complexity. The common thing about them is that women try to manage the conflict and men are also included in the process. The psychologist will continue to work in on-line mode.
For each family, an individual schedule is developed, which will help them to overcome crisis situations.
