“Here I meet many interesting women. These women are strong, they are not alike, they differ in pain... Young mothers or grandmothers come with their grandchildren. Some of them surprise me with their positive thinking. We try to focus our efforts on their specific needs as much as possible.”
“I always suggest the women who are in our Center to take a walk around the courtyard of Bagrati Temple. In the pre-Easter days, the yard was incomparably beautiful, decorated with yellow flowers. Then we looked at the bustling city sparkling in the sun. What kind of city is Kutaisi, I asked a little girl who came to us from another city. She answered me: Kailamazi! (good-beautiful). This new word reflects the inner world of this city, its morality and emphasizes the outer beauty. Sometimes there is such a creative atmosphere in the Rehabilitation Center that we all forget the reason of being here together..."
The Rehabilitation Center is now waiting for a new stream. The whole group is preparing to meet and work with women and children. Caring is the most important thing, they should feel that they are not alone. They need to have a belief that you can start everything again and move forward at any moment and in any situation!
The project is implemented with the support of the organization Brot
