"Bullying is a painful issue." Majority do not even know what consequences are after the conflict among adolescents. The psyche is different for everyone. Sometimes it comes down to suicide. Therefore, teachers should pay more attention to this.

- Parents often themselves contribute to the development of bullying. For example, when they program their children, with whom to make friends. And this is a wrong approach.

Such were the positions of women participants of workshops in Poti, Senaki and Kutaisi.

During the discussion it was noted that bullying is directly related to family conflicts. Children who grow up in a crisis environment are often aggressive towards their peers, offend them and thus try to free themselves from negative emotions. Or, on the contrary, they have a sense of inferiority and themselves become victims of bullying.

During the workshop, women were advised how to identify cases of bullying, how to help a child if he becomes an object of bullying or a rapist.

In June, workshops with young people were held on the topic "Bullying - Violence among teenagers." Meaning of bullying was new for many people, however, after clarification, participants of the meeting in Senaki, Kutaisi and Khoni remembered - that often the subject of ridicule is hairstyle, clothes, red hair, glasses ...
Workshops were not ended with a discussion of specific examples. Young people talked about the reasons that contribute to aggression among teenagers. They drew a parallel with family conflict. It was said that children from hard families often laugh at others, or vice versa - are victims of violence.
The conversation was followed by searching for the ways out: a greater awareness of young people, more communication with parents and teachers, talk with psychologist.

Participants got acquainted with the methods of analysis - "Bulb" and " conflict tree." We discussed how important it is to study, analyze the causes that contribute to the development of the conflict.

An interesting debate took place in the village Ivandidi (Khoni municipality). In the discussion of this format the young people participated for the first time and were particularly active.

Participants believe that the information obtained will help them in practice to apply these methods to manage conflicts.

At the workshops the young people reported initiatives to continue discussions on this topic in schools.

Do we get along with ourselves, what are the types of our character, who and how manages their emotions - these issues were discussed with great interest by women's groups in Khoni, Senaki, Khurcha (Zugdidi Municipality).

Most of the participants said, they never assessed themselves, did not think that their character often contributes to the development of family conflicts.

- I can not rule emotions, can not stop the family conflicts. Then I regret, but it's too late - in the background of such open monologue other considerations were also fixed: balanced people, are not always able to solve the conflict, they can continuously tolerate, but do not solve the problem.

In the overall assessment of the participants, it is necessary to speak more with the women, that they have to recognize themselves that will help them in the management of family conflicts.

Workshops in conflict management were held with the group of women in Kutaisi, Kurcha and village Ivandidi (Khoni Municipality). Participants heard information regarding the analysis of the conflict and existing methods.

Participants consider that analyzing of the conflict helps the sides in making rights decisions.

Particular interest to this issue was paid in the village Ivandidi.

“During the years we face facts of domestic violence, the neighbors have no rights to interfere. After conflict the womengives way to her husband, because they do not want to destroy the family."

To their view, this type of information should be delivered to lots of women - knowledge of conflict management will help to avoid violence.”

Why are cases of violence among teenagers so frequent? What do we know about the formation and what is its relationship to the family conflict? Discussions on workshops with young people in Tskaltubo, Khoni and Koki (Zugdidi municipality) were held on this topic.

Participants were provided with statistics, which shows well how high is the bullying in schools.

During the conversation about the reasons, they tied the bullying with family conflicts:

"Children from conflict families often become victims of bullying, because they have an inferiority complex, they are difficult to adapt. According to young people, the way out is that parents and the school must work together, coordinated with children to avoid bullying.
