An online meeting was held with representatives of Vani partner organizations, they discussed the issue of registering new organizations and a questionnaire to be filled in by the stakeholders. Within the framework of mini-projects, two initiative groups were formed in the municipality. The members of these groups are willing to be registered and work more actively.

The fifth meeting of Bagdati working group was held online. The action plan and activities to be carried out within the plan were reviewed. The group is developing a code of ethics, the format of how to include representatives of the City Hall in this process was discussed during the meeting. They also talked about the additions that were included in the plan based on the recommendations developed as a result of the second monitoring of the roadmap for public administration reform.

The good news is that Khoni municipality is participating in the republican competition of municipalities, where it will present the effective work of the hotline.
One of the issues at the next meeting of the working group was exactly the work of the hotline: what are the statistics of incoming calls, what topics are covered in the applications. They also talked about updating the website.
The second issue was the issue of ramps. The head of the working group, Aleksandre Akobidze, met with the representatives of the infrastructure service.

"Women for the Future of Georgia" and the Union for the Protection of Children's Rights and Civic Education "Children - the Future of Georgia" - representatives of these two organizations from Terjola participated in the online meeting.
The conversation touched the registration of new organizations. Two options were presented - a women's organization and a youth organization. Questionnaires were sent to them - after their consideration, new civil society organizations will be registered.

The meeting was held with representatives of Khoni civil society organizations and the chairman of the youth initiative group. They talked about the relevance of the project, the results of the work done and positive changes.

On October 29 and 30 the Fund of Women Entrepreneurs held an online meeting with partner organizations working in Tsageri and Ambrolauri.
The participants of the meeting talked about the approval of the "working group" action plan, which will be discussed by the Sakrebulo in November. The issue of creating new CSOs was also raised at the meeting.
Participants talked about the risks and challenges of Covid-19 in their municipalities.

9-th of october the meeting with the medical staff in Ambrolauri municipality was held. Family doctors, ambulance doctors, medical staff of polyclinics and rural clinics gathered at an information meeting.
They talked about topical issues: the law on the elimination of violence against women / domestic violence, about referral mechanisms and specifically about the role of the medical personnel in terms of victim identification and assistance.
There was also a presentation of a publication published on these issues specifically for the medical staff. The participants of the meeting expressed their views and readiness to become more actively involved in the prevention process.
The work of Khoni civil society organizations had a good result: Sakrebulo of Khoni approved and adopted a joint action plan for Local Government and Civil Society for 2020-2021.
The action plan aims to expand the powers of local authorities and improve e-services in the municipality.
