From May the members of Tskaltubo youth group start implementing mini-projects within the grant competition. Working meetings were held with both groups. The participants discussed organizational issues and distributed functions. The mentioned work will contribute to the successful implementation of mini-projects. The members of the women initiative group reviewed the results of the conducted research and identified various problems. Based on these problems, the group members worked on an advocacy plan.

As a result of the research "Assessment of the human security quality and gender needs of the population", the women discussed the advocacy of the problems identified in the municipality. The meeting was held on May 17, at the office of the Fund "Sukhumi". Advocacy plan will be developed, deadlines will be drafted and responsible persons will be assigned. Kutaisi youth club also works actively. The members are preparing to implement a mini-project. They will talk about bullying and its forms. With small performances of the forum- theater, they will try to show the audience the seriousness of the problem and make them think about the negative consequences of violence. During May meeting, together with the project assistant, they once again discussed the activities to be performed and developed a plan. The participants also distributed their duties equally.

The women initiative group of the village Pakhulani - Tsalenjikha municipality held another meeting. The topic of their research was the assessment of the quality of human security and gender needs of the population in Zugdidi municipality. The results will be the basis of the next work process, which includes the development of an advocacy plan. During the meeting, they also talked about the topic: "Local cooperation for a social environment focused on children and families". The representatives of the Social and Children's Department of the City Hall informed the participants of the meeting about social and health care programs and the specifics of the work of the Children's Department.

 "Evidence-based advocacy process" - training on this topic was conducted with the members of Senaki women initiative group. What does the process of problem advocacy mean and how important is it to be based on evidence - the participants heard information about these issues. On the same day, a meeting with members of the youth group was held in Senaki. The participants worked on the plan of project activities. The persons responsible for the organizational issues were determined and the functions and duties were distributed.

Koki women initiative group - Zugdidi municipality conducted a research on the topic - assessment of the quality of human security and gender needs of the population in Zugdidi municipality. As a result, the problems of the community were highlighted. An advocacy plan will be developed to solve them. "Identifying misinformation and finding correct, verified information" - Koki Youth Club plans to implement this project. How to distinguish correct and incorrect information in the modern information age, how to avoid conflict situations based on misinformation - young people will prepare scenes for the forum theater on these issues.

Didinedzi Youth Club works on the activities planned by the project. The goal of the project is to create a healthy inclusive environment for pupils with special needs. It is necessary to raise awareness in the school community (teacher, pupil, parent), which will help to develop and establish the correct communication methods. Using the forum theater method, performances will be shown, a discussion will be held regarding the existing problem and its solution. As for Didinedzi women initiative group, they conducted research on the topic - assessment of the quality of human security and gender needs of the population in Zugdidi municipality. As a result, the problems that are relevant in the community were highlighted. An advocacy plan will be developed for their solution.

The training course continues. The next five meetings were held in Chokhatauri, Tkibuli, Kobuleti, Vani and Bagdati municipalities. The meetings were active, interestin, with group work and effective feedback.

Guests from local governments, teachers, parents attend our trainings. According to them, such non-formal education is necessary in schools. They place particular emphasis on conflict management and other important issues that they work on during the training course.

10 meetings have already been held at Youth Empowerment Centers of 10 municipalities. Leaders have been identified in all groups and they will carry out the initiated activities in their schools.

The advocacy group of the Women Fund "Sukhumi" and Vani Gender Equality Council organized meetings in the schools of the villages Isriti and Salkhino. The meetings were attended by upper-graders, teachers and administration.

The meetings were very informative for the participants. They got acquainted with the work of the Fund "Sukhumi" and the services that the organization provides to women.

They also received information about the program of the City Hall Department for Children's Rights, which was presented by the coordinator and the inspector of the department. The Secretary of Gender Equality Council informed the audience about their work and plans. Participants identified a number of critical issues requiring immediate response. Further cooperation was planned during the meetings.

During the information meeting, members of Zugdidi Women Initiative Group recalled the general meeting held in April, spoke about advocacy issues. They noted that the result of their work is obvious: they already use a preferential tariff for municipal transport. They are also waiting for the solution of the second issue - a new kindergarten will be built soon.

Resolved problems are great motivation for group members. They know that their efforts will lead to positive change. That is why they continue to work to prioritize issues and solve them.

The meeting also discussed organizational issues and plans for future.

Several houses are in a deplorable situation in Tskaltubo, Abkhazeti Street. The roof needs to be urgently replaced. Tskaltubo Women Initiative Group continues to advocate this problem - based on the answers received from representatives of local government and the government of the Autonomous Republic of Abkhazia, the problem will be resolved in the very near future.

The initiative group often organizes the cleaning of the area adjacent to the village from weeds, the process of laying the drainage channel is near to its end.

On the initiative of the group, the children of the village visited the house-museum of Otia Ioseliani, where they presented a literary composition on the topic of Abkhazia.

The Women Initiative Group continues to identify the problems of the IDP community and advocate for their solution.
