Rapid assessment of the monitoring and advocacy group
In January-February, the Monitoring and Advocacy Group conducted a rapid assessment of the needs of the City Hall representatives in the target municipalities (Samtredia, Vani, Terjola, Bagdati, Tkibuli, Tsalenjikha, Zugdidi, Senaki, Kobuleti, Chokhatauri).
The rapid assessment aimed to identify the needs for planning educational trainings in three areas: civic participation, social work, e-services.
City Hall officials supported the initiative of the Women Fund "Sukhumi". The online / phone survey method was used to work with the respondents. A simple online questionnaire was elaborated, which was filled in by 184 respondents.
A rapid assessment has highlighted the issues on which the City Hall representatives need more information, qualification and skills.
The project is implemented with the support of the organization Brot
