According to Marina Stepanenko, “in September, the activity of hostilities in Ukraine increased rapidly. The Ukrainian military began to recapture the territories occupied by the Russian authorities. Large amount of disturbing news that directly affects customers are associated with this. Refugees from the occupied and front-line territories are in great tension and stress. In our work, we talk about fear, about worrying about our loved ones, about our homes.”
AThe third psychologist, Manana Gotsiridze, met with Ukrainian families (32 people from 10 families). In Kutaisi and Tskaltubo, she carried out primary psycho-rehabilitation work - counseling, collecting an anamnesis, providing information about our organization and free psychological group / individual consultations and also gave them our humanitarian packages (food, household chemicals and hygiene items, clothes).
Marina Stepanenko said well about the results: “We are working on stabilizing the condition and on finding an opportunity to take care of ourselves. Women note that it is much more difficult to go through all this alone”.
The project is implemented with the support of the organization Brot
