Registration of new civil society organizations was discussed at an online meeting with representatives of Bagdati partner organizations. A questionnaire, which should be filled in by the groups of stakeholders was discussed. There is a lack of mobilized groups of the civil sector in the municipality, therefore this component is very important, and it will stimulate the activity of inert groups.

During an online meeting with the working group of Terjola municipality, civil society organizations presented the monitoring of the roadmap for Public Administration Reform.
The meeting discussed issues of the civil budget and the anti-corruption plan, representatives of the financial service took an active part in the discussion of the civil budget.

The good news is that Khoni municipality is participating in the republican competition of municipalities, where it will present the effective work of the hotline.
One of the issues at the next meeting of the working group was exactly the work of the hotline: what are the statistics of incoming calls, what topics are covered in the applications. They also talked about updating the website.
The second issue was the issue of ramps. The head of the working group, Aleksandre Akobidze, met with the representatives of the infrastructure service.
Despite the online format, the meeting of the working group was active.

"Women for the Future of Georgia" and the Union for the Protection of Children's Rights and Civic Education "Children - the Future of Georgia" - representatives of these two organizations from Terjola participated in the online meeting.
The conversation touched the registration of new organizations. Two options were presented - a women's organization and a youth organization. Questionnaires were sent to them - after their consideration, new civil society organizations will be registered.

On October 29 and 30 the Fund of Women Entrepreneurs held an online meeting with partner organizations working in Tsageri and Ambrolauri.
The participants of the meeting talked about the approval of the "working group" action plan, which will be discussed by the Sakrebulo in November. The issue of creating new CSOs was also raised at the meeting.
Participants talked about the risks and challenges of Covid-19 in their municipalities.

The work of Khoni civil society organizations had a good result: Sakrebulo of Khoni approved and adopted a joint action plan for Local Government and Civil Society for 2020-2021.
The action plan aims to expand the powers of local authorities and improve e-services in the municipality.

The next meeting of the working group took place in Sakrebulo of Vani municipality. The head of the local civil society organization "Support 2020" presented the recommendations developed as part of the monitoring to the group members. They discussed the issues that will be included in the group's action plan. The head of the legal department of the City Hall acquainted the meeting participants with a working version of the code of ethics. The group plans to finalize the code by the end of the year.

September and October were particularly active for the schools of Racha-Lechkhumi and Kvemo Svaneti municipalities.
A cycle of online trainings on the topic of violence and bullying was held for teachers from this region. Then the teachers held 43 activities in their schools: information meetings, presentations, conversations with parents, actions, creating videos, showing films and discussions, etc.
In total, 20 teachers and 16 schools of Racha-Lechkhumi and KvemoSvaneti regions were involved in the project.


Рассмотрению рабочей версии Кодекса этики было уделено время на очередной встрече рабочей группы в Мэрии Багдатского муниципалитета. Между членами рабочей группы были распределены обязанности - это будет способствовать своевременной разработке кодекса и его принятию в качестве юридического документа. Партнерские организации гражданского общества представили членам рабочей группы рекомендации, разработанные в рамках мониторинга осуществления дорожной карты реформы государственного управления.
