As noted, there are people who, even under very favorable circumstances of life, feel unhappy. It would seem that they all have: family, children, and work, but they constantly complain about life. There are people who seem to be attracting trouble to themselves. The victim complex unites all these people. The psychologist conducted important work with the participants in order to overcome the victim's complex.

What is the connection between domestic conflicts, the mentality and personal values, how it is possible to manage such conflicts - workshops on women's groups in Kutaisi, Tskaltubo and Senaki were held on this topic.

The participants formulated what for them is an identity, and joined in the discussion by discussing their stories.

- I live in the village. I think that I have a rich family - we have a lot of cows and chickens on the farm. We have enough food. This is very valuable for me. I have three sons. If the daughter-in-law declares all this is not worth for her, and she is not interested in this, the conflict is inevitable.

- I do not like when a woman smokes. In my family we have other values. If someone violates this mentality, naturally, conflicts will arise.

These were the opinions of participants in the workshops. They believe that if we want to avoid conflicts, we must respect the values of other people.

On the 3rd and 4th of October, the Women's Support Centers of Tskaltubo and Senaki organized psychological group information and consultation meetings.

Meetings were held on the current topic - victim, victim complex, reasons, psycho-somatics, and how to get rid of - to prevent domestic violence.

The victim complex means that a person has certain personal characteristics, through which he finds himself in the position of the Sacrifice and unconsciously attracts troubles and tyrants. They accuse other people of their misfortunes and do not see their role in them. Often such women sacrifice themselves to children, to their husband, family, parents. At the same time, they put their interests on the last place: "I'll do it somehow," "I do not need anything," "The main thing is that you should be all right"...

Sometimes human tactlessness goes all the limits. It's difficult to protect yourself from questions like: "How much do you earn?", "When will you marry?", "Are not you going to beat your husband's lover?" -, but to learn to keep self-control is in everyone's strength. When you are asked an incorrect question, remember: do not answer it just because someone had the impudence to ask it. The psychologist of the Fund "Sukhumi" gave useful advice to the participants of the meetings.

- It is impossible to manage conflicts if a person does not have a correct self-assessment. I'm a person of conflict. Now I realized that the reason is my misconception about myself. It is necessary to look at your opportunities realistically. This is a very good experience, it will help me in dealing with people and managing conflicts.

- In case of high self-esteem, it is possible to become rapist, and vice versa, with a lower self-esteem, it is more likely to become a victim. It is necessary to better study yourself, this will allow in the formation of a correct self-assessment.

These were the views of young people, shown during the discussion of the subject of self-evaluation in WSCs of Kutaisi, Senaki and Koki (Zugdidi municipality).

In the Women's Support Centers of the Fund "Sukhumi" in September, two more scheduled meetings were held with the psychologist – on 13th in Khurcha (Zugdidi municipality) and on 14th in Senaki.

At group information-consultative meetings, the conversation took place on the basis of assertive communication, or communication without coercion. The participants were very interested in this topic. They looked in a new way, from the outside at their behavior with close people. Difficulties with the use of assertiveness are due to the fact that the skills of such behavior require serious preparation and practice, since for the majority of people, other styles of communication are more common: passive, aggressive, manipulative. Psychologist's advice helped participants in the meetings, to see the specifics and advantage of assertive communication.
