In April, three situations on conflict sensitivity were analyzed. It turned out that the causes of the conflict are very difficult. But there is always a way out, which can reduce the risk of its development.

Conflict situations are different: illegal agreements on the harvest of nuts or feijoa, cattle, which creates a danger for street residents, illegal buildings etc.

These information will help Women initiative groups, to use alternative versions of conflict resolution, identified during the analysis of specific situations in practice.

Analysis of conflict situations

The obtained data identified conflict situations. Out of the identified problems, three crisis situations were chosen, and an analysis of conflict sensitivity was made.

Analysis of the conflict gives an opportunity to identify the object of the conflict, the opposing sides, their interests, the factors of conflict development and, on the basis of reality, the alternative versions of the solution of problems.
