A small project of Poti Women Support Center “Chain of Violence” continues. In frames of the project, a meeting was held, which was attended by representatives of law enforcement agencies and probation bureau.
Participants listened to a brief situational analysis of violence in family. It was noted that actualization of the topic is important. Responsible for the coordinated work is the Women's Club created as part of the project.
There was also a meeting-discussion of parents with participation of pediatricians. The following topics were discussed: domestic violence; modern technologies as entertainments and their negative consequences. Parents noted that they had never seen this issue through this prism. The broadcasting company “9th Wave” of Poti, prepared a story about the project of the Women Support Center - “Chain of Violence”.
