In November there were held 12 legal consultative-informational meetings in Kutaisi – with local and IDP population. The meeting participants learned about 16 day campaign. They also heard information regarding law. There were held individual consultations. There was made a statement and sent to the mayor of Kutaisi. Monitoring regarding this issue will be continued in future.
During December in Kutaisi there were held 12 legal informational – consultative meetings with local population and IDPs. The meetings were attended by 73 women. They were given information about a law on domestic violence and about changes, which will be made in futire. One woman received individual consultation about a law on alimony and was re-addressed in GYLA.
As a result of the monitoring the lawyer of the fund “Sukhumi” that two families received satisfactory answer on the issue of resettlement and were given alternative spaces.
In July, the lawyer of the fund “Sukhumi” in Kutaisi held 12 informative and consultative meetings with the local population and IDPs. 53 women presented at the meetings on domestic violence and family law. A woman at risk of violence was identified. 3 participants received individual legal advice on the legal ways of issuing alimony and obtaining property. For advocacy, they were redirected to the Kutaisi branch of the Association of Young Lawyers.
In May, mobilizers of the Women Support Centers of Kutaisi, Khoni, Tskaltubo, Senaki, Poti, Khurcha / Koki (Zugdidi Municipality) filled in with 15 questionnaires of violence victims. In these real cases, we talked about the violence of the husband and other family members. In 10 cases, the victim of violence is a woman, only in one case is an elderly man. Only three of them received counseling from a psychologist, and the same number met with a lawyer.
Joint actions of Fund "Sukhumi" and Kutaisi multiprofile clinic "Uniqal Medi " are continuing - free medical consultations / examinations. The actions have already passed in Tskaltubo and Koki (Zugdidi municipality).
This time the staff of the clinic arrived in Poti. The action was held in a compact settlement for IDPs and dozens of IDPs from Abkhazia took part in it.

Senaki Women Support Center started working on the project "Informed Society Against Violence". The project, which was financed in frames of the small grant competition of the Fund "Sukhumi", will be implemented in the villages: khorsha and the Teklati of Senaki Municipality. At the first stage of the project, meetings were held with authorized persons of the villages and majoritarian deputies, who were provided with information about the project.

"Say No To Violence - Be Active" - this is the name of the project of Khurcha / Koki Women's Support Center (Zugdidi Municipality), funded in the small grant competition of the fund “Sukhumi”. The project has already started: information meetings with authorized persons of the villages of Zugdidi municipality were held. They received information about the activities of the project. Representatives of local self-government expressed their readiness for cooperation.

On May 4 in women support center of Kutaisi, On May in WSC of Senaki and on May 11, in WSC of Khurcha (Zugidi Municipality) there were held psychological group consultations, attended by 40 women from 25 to 67 years old.
The mein issue of these meetings was a model of famiy communication, formation of inner family communication – first of all stable relation between couples.
The issue was interesting for the participants. They gave many examples and received useful consultations.
The lawyer of the Fund "Sukhumi" held 12 meetings in Kutaisi, with IDPs and local population. Women's interest in the problem of domestic violence was highlighted. Individual legal advice was given regarding the divorce and receipt of alimony. There was a beneficiary of the risk group. The case of the beneficiary was presented to the Interdepartmental Council and she was granted the victim status. The National Network for Protection Against Violence joined the process, which ensured the transfer of the beneficiary to the shelter and offered the necessary services - education and employment.
Youth clubs of schools in the villages Nosiri (Senaki municipality), Koki (Zugdidi municipality) and school No. 5 - Kutaisi, discussed the topic of tolerance. They made an interesting analysis about the lack of tolerance, traditions, mixed families and their problems.
After the meetings, the teenagers prepared essays and videos, which were posted on Facebook page of the Fund "Sukhumi".
