- How important are the negotiations in conflict resolutions. What is facilitation, mediation, who can be the third part – this issues were discussed during the workshops with the group of young people in Tsikaltubo, Senaki, Poti.

Participants tried to discuss the topic through role-playing games. During the analysis, particular emphasis was put on the role of a third party as a mediator.

- Conflict situations need to intervene, but the third party must know when to involve, and generally whether it has the right to it. If you do not analyze these factors, it is possible that the conflict escalates further - said the participants of workshops.

Young people plan, to put into practice the information and develop the skills of the facilitator and not to give the possibility of conflicts.

-Why does the society does not sympathize with the victim? What should each of us do for the prevention of violence - on these topics there were held workshops on conflict with women's groups in Senaki, Kutaisi and Khurcha (Zugdidi Municipality).

- The public has deficit of solidarity. We often see family conflicts, but stay silent, because it does not concern us. We rarely think about what could happen to our loved ones and we can not help.

Most participants believe that social cohesion is very important. If the victim is convinced that the public will support her, that she will be protected by the state, the law, she will better overcome the obstacles.

Participants were informed about the campaign of 16 Active Days Against Violence, which begins on 25 November. Women are willing to actively join the campaign and to express solidarity against violence.
